My console turns on but shows no picture

Check the TV input

Confirm that the display uses the correct input. Try a known working compatible cable and another TV port if available.

Inspect the connector

If the port is bent or the cable moves excessively, do not force it. Mechanical damage may require inspection of the port and its board connections.

Avoid jumping to conclusions

No picture does not prove an HDMI fault. Video settings or other internal issues can also be responsible. Follow your manufacturer’s instructions for configuration checks.

Prepare your inquiry

Provide the console model, the lights or sounds it makes and whether the TV detects a signal. Explain which cables and displays you tested.
