REPAIR & CARE

Privacy information

This website provides information about CircuitCare’s mail-in repair services in the United States.

Your contact message

The form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. It does not save requests in the WordPress database or send a message automatically. You choose whether to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

What you share

You can provide your name, device model and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords, account credentials, payment information or sensitive files. For questions about information you have sent to the business, contact +1 813-369-3340.

The mail-in request form

The intake form does store what you submit: your name, email, phone, device details, the fault you describe and the return address. It is kept as a private record so the sheet can be reprinted and the case followed, and it is deleted automatically after 90 days. The sheet itself lives at an unguessable link that is never indexed. We never ask for your unlock code or passwords through the form.

Shipping and your device

To return a repaired device the business needs a shipping name and address, and the carrier processes that information under its own terms. A device sent for repair may hold personal data: back it up and remove whatever you do not want to send. Ask how long shipping records and repair notes are kept before you ship.

Cookies and analytics

This site measures visits with Plausible, running on the business’s own server rather than a third-party platform. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across websites and does not build a profile of you: it counts pages, referrers and countries in aggregate. There is no advertising tracker here, which is why no cookie banner is needed. WordPress may still use strictly necessary cookies for administrator login, and the hosting provider may process technical logs.

Before public launch

The business will need to confirm its operator details, retention practices, hosting provider and any additional tools, and update this information accordingly.
