REPAIR & CARE
Before your repair
How much will my repair cost?
The price depends on the device, diagnosis and replacement parts. Ask about diagnostic fees and the estimate before authorizing the repair.
How long does a repair take?
Turnaround depends on the fault, parts availability, workshop workload and transit time in both directions. Request an estimate for your device; same-day service is not offered.
How do I send my device?
Contact us first with the model and symptoms. We confirm whether the repair is workable, then send the intake address and packing instructions before you ship anything.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping terms are confirmed for each case before you send the device. Ask what is included, which carrier to use and whether insurance is advisable for the value of your device.
How do I know my device arrived?
Use a tracked service and share the tracking number. We confirm receipt and send the diagnosis before any repair is authorized.
What warranty applies?
Request the specific warranty terms, exclusions and duration for the proposed repair before accepting the estimate.
Should I back up my data?
Yes, if the device works. Repairs can involve risks to data. Tell us if data recovery is your priority before work starts.
What is microsoldering?
Microsoldering works on small board components and connectors. It requires diagnosis and does not make every damaged board repairable.
Where do you serve customers?
CircuitCare works by mail across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Ask on WhatsApp about carriers and the current turnaround for your state.
